AIESEC is an international student organization which offers two programs,leadership and exchange. In leadership program, we can improve our interpersonal skills especially leadership skill. On the other hand, exchange program gives us a chance to go abroad for doing some social projects and professional internships.
Only few universities in Indonesia that have AIESEC program. Fortunately, there is AIESEC BINUS \:D/. I just knew about the info from my friend. She told me a little bit about AIESEC and new members recruitment. At that moment, the deadline for collecting the recruitment files was about two days to go. I was like sent an email then i got a reply of appform that i had to fill up. The appform must be collected with a resume in english indeed. So, i did it all day long. Voila after i had done it, i sent it through email. Btw, it's the first stage of members recruitment. On the following day, the announcement of who passed the stage was published. Alhamdulillah i passed it (:
The next stage is FGD stage. On this stage, we devided to some groups and had to do a discussion about the global issues. In english indeed :D . The result was announced at the night and Alhamdulillah i made it. I was like dreaming :").
The last stage is interview. I was little bit afraid and nervous because of interviewing in english. Fortunately, couple weeks before the interview stage, i had had an interview with a UK native at EF. So, i was not that nerveous. Otherwise, i'd rather be interviewed by native than Indonesian. The result of the stage would be announced two days after it. Yet, it was postponed til the next day. I was like cant do nothing thinking of it. Alhamdulillah it announced this morning and voila! i made it i made it! Alhamdulillah ya Allah. I am one of the AIESEC BINUS members \:D/. I wish i would get many epic experiences. Keep the spirit!
